We are happy to announce that we will be getting married at Royalton Splash in Mexico and would love it if you could be a part of our special day. We will be staying in paradise for a full week, between October 15-22, 2025.

Booking & FAQs
To be considered part of Amy & Ryan's Wedding Group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun as part of the wedding group.
A deposit in the amount of $250.00/person is required to reserve your room and book your stay by July 18, 2024.
The deadline for the balance to be paid is August 21, 2025.
Any new bookings or changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. Name changes are deemed cancellations of the original booking and new bookings per the hotel; therefore.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are non-refundable. We suggest you cover your trip with Trip Cancellation insurance.
Is travel insurance available?
Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues. Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
Will I need a passport?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date.
