Booking & FAQs
To be considered part of Ekjyot & Prabh’s Wedding Group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos as part of the wedding group.
A deposit in the amount of Two(2) Rooms Nights is required to reserve your room and book your stay by October 20, 2026.
The deadline for the balance to be paid is December 9, 2026.
Any new bookings or changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. Name changes are deemed cancellations of the original booking and new bookings per the hotel and will be charged accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are non-refundable and non-transferable. We suggest you cover your trip with Trip Cancellation insurance.
Is travel insurance available?
Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it at time of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues (per New York State law, CFAR does not apply to any NY residents). Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.
Will I need a passport?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date.
